Asian Pear and Berries “Go Nuts” Smoothie

Ingredients

  • ½ cup ice
  • 1 Asian pear
  • 5 strawberries
  • 1/4 cup blueberries
  • 5 blackberries
  • ¼ cup almond milk
  • ¼ cup (2ounces) silken tofu or
  • 2/3-cup vanilla fat-free dairy-free yogurt
  • Mixed nuts, seeds and dry cranberries

Instructions

  1. Clean Asian pear and strawberries thoroughly.
  2. Place ice into a blender; add strawberries, Asian pear, almond milk, tofu or yogurt, nuts and cranberries.
  3. Mix everything and blend until smooth.
  4. Poor smoothies into glasses and sprinkle sliced nuts, seeds and dry cranberries.
