Buckwheat Porridge with Hazelnuts and Cacao


  • 50g organic buckwheat
  • 120ml coconut milk
  • 1 tsp. coconut butter
  • 50g raw hazelnuts
  • ½ tsp. cacao
  • 1 tbsp. fresh ground coconut
  • Sea salt, water, sweetener (optional)


  1. Soak buckwheat groats for about 1h in water to soften them.
  2. Rinse, drain the groats and put them in a saucepan over medium heat for 10min, add a little bit of sea salt. Then cool of the groats.
  3. Combine the rest of the ingredients with buckwheat in a blender and blend until smooth texture.
  4. Place porridge in the bowl and garnish with hazelnuts and fresh coconut or fruits.
