Matcha again and again! I already wrote about my obsession with this amazing green tea powder when I shared the Matcha chocolate with macadamia nuts, goji berries and chia seeds recipe in a previous blog. Today I want to introduce you to another exotic and delicious beverage that serves as a healthy alternative to morning coffee: Fresh Mint Matcha Latte.

For those of you who work out in the morning, make sure your body is hydrated before exercising. It provides you with adequate blood electrolyte levels which keeps your blood pressure and Ph in balance. Cut back on your morning coffee consumption and refresh your body with the energizing, soothing and nourishing Mint Matcha Latte. It’s packed with minerals and antioxidants that are essential for healthy skin and hair.

The recipe for this cozy serving is easy and it will take less than 5 min to make it. While I prefer my latte unsweetened and dairy-free, you can use regular milk and natural honey to achieve a rich and creamy flavor. A chilled iced latte is also an attractive option for those hot summer days. Yuve got it all! I’ll leave you some room for experimentation so you can share your creations with me, your friends and your family! Let’s get started!
