This new recipe of Matcha Goji Smoothie Bowl with Pistachios not only uses the healing power of Matcha, but it also combines the health benefits of goji berries and chia seeds. It is a cup of deliciousness that will heal, balance and rejuvenate.

Matcha Goji Smoothie Bowl with Pistachios


  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • ½ cup oats
  • 2 organic dates
  • ½ tsp. vanilla extract
  • ½ tsp. Yuve Matcha green tea
  • ½ organic banana
  • 1 tsp. chia seeds
  • 1tsp. unsalted pistachios
  • 2tbsp. goji beries


  1. Place all the ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth texture.
  2. Garnish with pistachios, goji berries and almonds.
