Matcha Green Tea Ice Cream

Matcha Green Tea Ice Cream


  • 1 can coconut milk
  • 1 cup vanilla almond milk
  • 2-3 Tbsp. Yuve Matcha green tea
  • 3tbsp. coconut flakes
  • 1/4-cup vegan honey
  • 1/4 tsp. xanthan gum (optional)


  1. Combine all the ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth creamy texture. Adjust the flavor by adding more ingredients if needed and let it cool down for one hour.
  2. Process ice cream using a pre-chilled ice-cream maker.
  3. Transfer ice cream to a freezer safe container and let is hardened for 3-5h.
