Morning Spelt Cereal with Goji Berries and Figs

Ingredients

  • 100g organic spelt grains or Russian “Polba”
  • 8 oz. almond milk
  • 2 dried or fresh figs
  • 1 tbsp. goji berries
  • 1 tbsp. sliced almonds

Instructions

  1. Wash spelt grain in fresh water and place it in a small pot with almond milk.
  2. Cook it for about 12 min on a medium heat and let it stay in the pot for 2 min.
  3. Combine cereal with sliced figs, goji berries, and sliced almonds. Garnish with extra fruits (optional).
