What could be better than a warm bowl of oatmeal in the morning? If you are not eating oatmeal yet, then you should. Eating whole grains (and that’s what oatmeal is) can lower your risk of several diseases, including high blood pressure and type 2 diabetes.

Oatmeal is a wonderful source of fiber, with 4-6g per serving on average. But did you know that it is also a source of protein? If 6g of protein per serving does not look impressive, you can always pump it up by adding a protein powder to it.  I choose Yuve as my protein source because it is all plant based and has raw chia seeds in it, which I love adding to most of my dishes. Chia seeds add great texture to the meal, fill you up quickly and provide the body with healthy omega-3! Fortunately, Yuve already has them inside!

So, let’s spend another 15 minutes cooking and enjoying this delicious breakfast. I wish anyone reading this article a wonderful day!
