Raw Ginger Bites with Apples Roses


  • 150g cashews
  • 50g Hazelnuts
  • 100g Sunflower Seeds (Choice of nuts is optional)
  • 60g melted coconut oil
  • 10g fresh ginger
  • 10g fresh turmeric
  • 30g lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp of Stevia (Optional, you can use any other sweetener)
  • 1 Organic Apple
  • 1 cup water


  1. Combine all the ingredients beside the apple in a food processor and blend them until smooth creamy texture. Make sure there are no chunks of ginger in it.
  2. Cut the apple in half and remove the core. Cut one half in two solid slices (for the base) and the other half in paper thin slices. Leave the peel to give the red color to the roses. Combine tiny slices together placing one on another to create the rose.
  3. Spoon the mix onto the apple bases and place the roses on top. Leave in the fridge for 20 min to set. Enjoy!
