Raw Vegan Baby Harvest Pie


  • 100g organic sunflower seeds
  • 100g organic pumpkin seeds
  • ½ cup organic squash
  • 2 organic carrots
  • Handful organic spinach
  • ½ cup organic broccoli
  • 1 small Zucchini (peeled)
  • ½ bell pepper
  • 1 stick organic kale
  • 4 leaves fresh basil
  • 1/3 onion
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 2 tbsp. organic flax seeds
  • 3 tbsp. extra virgin oil
  • Himalayan pink salt


  1. Combine sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, flax seeds, 1 tbsp. virgin oil, Himalayan pink salt in a food processor and blend until smooth texture.
  2. Place the “dough” on a flat surface and form a sturdy base for the cake with your hands.
  3. Place the base in the fridge for 20 min.
  4. In the meantime, combine the rest of the ingredients in a food processor and blend until vegetables are chopped and the texture is soft and sticky.
  5. Take out the base from the fridge, place it on the horizontal surface and gently place the vegetable mixture on top of it with a spoon. Help shaping a nice baby pie with your hands.
  6. Put the cake in fridge to cool completely.
