Raw Vegan Veggie Quiche

Ingredients

  • 1/2 organic broccoli
  • 2 organic carrots
  • 100g sunflower seeds
  • 100g pumpkin seeds
  • 4tbsp. flax seeds
  • 2 tbsp. organic apple cider vinegar
  • Handful organic spinach
  • 2 leaves basil
  • ½ onion
  • ½ tsp. garlic powder
  • Himalayan pink salt

Instructions

  1. Combine sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, flax seeds, apple cider vinegar, Himalayan pink salt in a food processor and blend until smooth texture.
  2. Place the “dough” on a flat surface and form a sturdy base for quiche with your hands.
  3. Place the base in the fridge for 20 min.
  4. In the meantime, combine the rest of the ingredients in a food processor and blend until vegetables are chopped and the texture is soft and sticky.
  5. Take out the base from the fridge, place it on the horizontal surface and gently place the vegetable mixture on top of it with a spoon. Help shaping a nice sturdy form with your hands.
  6. Put the quiche in fridge to cool completely.
