Shipping & delivery
When will my order ship?
Orders placed before 2 PM ET Monday through Friday ship the same business day from our warehouse. Orders after that cut-off ship the next business day. Weekend orders ship Monday.
How long does delivery take?
Most US orders arrive in 3–5 business days via standard shipping. Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico take a bit longer (5–8 business days). You'll get a tracking link in your shipping confirmation email.
How much is shipping?
Orders of $75 or more ship free within the US. Below that, flat-rate standard shipping is $5.95. Subscription orders always ship free, regardless of order size.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship only within the United States. International demand is growing and we're evaluating expansion - email us if there's a country you'd like us to prioritize.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link from USPS or UPS depending on your location. If you created an account at checkout, tracking info is also in your order history.
Returns & guarantee
What is your return policy?
We stand behind every product with a 60-day satisfaction guarantee. If you're not happy - for any reason - email us within 60 days of delivery and we'll refund your purchase in full. You don't need to return the bottles.
How do I request a refund?
Email contact@getyuve.com with your order number and a brief note. A real person will respond within one business day, process your refund, and - if the feedback helps us improve - pass it along to the team. No forms, no runaround.
When will I see my refund?
Refunds post to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we process them on our end. Credit card companies vary - most customers see the credit within a week.
Subscribe & Save
How does Subscribe & Save work?
Pick a product and select 'Subscribe & Save' at checkout instead of one-time purchase. You'll save 15% on every order, get free shipping regardless of order size, and we'll ship your refill automatically on a schedule you set (typically every 30 or 60 days). Skip, swap, or cancel anytime.
How do I skip a delivery?
Log into your account and open the subscription you want to skip. You'll see upcoming deliveries with a 'Skip' link next to each one. Skip once, skip two in a row - no questions asked. Changes made at least 24 hours before your next ship date always apply.
How do I cancel my subscription?
From your account page, open the subscription and click 'Cancel.' Cancellation is immediate - no multi-step confirmation, no email pleas to stay. If you ever want to restart, your past subscriptions are saved so it's a one-click reactivation.
Can I swap products in my subscription?
Yes. Open the subscription from your account and use 'Swap product' to exchange for any other Yuve product at the same or lower price. Upgrades to a higher-priced product charge the difference on the next shipment.
Does the bundle discount stack with Subscribe & Save?
Yes. Three or more products in the cart automatically triggers the 20% bundle discount at checkout, and that stacks on top of the 15% Subscribe & Save - for an effective 32% off when you subscribe to all three.
What happens if a product in my subscription goes out of stock?
We'll email you before the next ship date with an ETA and the option to skip until restock, swap for something comparable, or cancel with no penalty. We never auto-substitute a different product without asking.
Our products
Are all your products vegan?
Yes, every Yuve product is 100% plant-based. Vegan, non-GMO, soy-free, gluten-free, gelatin-free, and made in the USA. We don't treat those labels as marketing copy - they're the starting point, not the finish line.
Do you use proprietary blends?
Never. Every active ingredient is listed at the exact amount used in the clinical research - not rolled into a proprietary blend that hides dosing. If you can't verify what's in a supplement at what dose, you can't know whether it works.
Are your products third-party tested?
Yes. Every batch is tested for identity, potency, and contaminants (heavy metals, microbials, pesticides) by independent labs before it ships. Certificates of analysis are available on request - email contact@getyuve.com with the product name and lot number.
Can I take multiple Yuve products together?
Most Yuve products are designed to be stacked - for example, Probiotic Gummies with Prebiotic Fiber Gummies, or Vegan B12 with Whole Food Iron. If you're on prescription medication or pregnant, check with your healthcare provider before adding anything new.
How long before I notice results?
It depends on the product and what you're supporting. Digestive support (enzymes, probiotics) often shows within 1–2 weeks of consistent use. Foundational nutrients (B12, iron, zinc) take 4–8 weeks to build meaningful tissue levels. Daily consistency matters more than dose.
Are your products safe during pregnancy or nursing?
Some are, some aren't - it depends on the ingredient. Folic Acid and B12 are commonly used in pregnancy, while herbs like red yeast rice are not recommended. Always check with your OB-GYN or a registered dietitian before starting or continuing supplements during pregnancy or while nursing.
How should I store my supplements?
Keep them in a cool, dry place - away from direct sunlight and humidity. Don't refrigerate unless a product specifically says to (our products don't need it). Once opened, they stay good until the expiration date on the bottle.

When was Yuve founded?
We started Yuve in 2015 in New York City with one question: what if a supplement actually worked? We're still independent, still bootstrapped, and still answering that question every time we formulate a new product.
What makes Yuve different from other supplement brands?
Three things. First, real doses - every active ingredient is at the level the research actually studied, not a fraction.
