Shipping policy

Every Yuve product is made in the United States and shipped from our fulfillment partners to addresses across all 50 states. We keep shipping simple so you get your order quickly, track it clearly, and know what to do if something goes sideways.

Where we ship

We currently ship to the United States only (all 50 states, plus APO/FPO/DPO addresses). International orders outside the US aren't available at this time.

Processing time

Orders placed by 2:00 PM ET on a business day begin processing the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM ET, or on weekends and US holidays, are processed the next business day. You'll get a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as the package leaves the warehouse.

Shipping speed and cost

Free over $75. Standard shipping is free on all US orders over $75.

Under $75. Flat $4.99 standard shipping.

Most US orders arrive within 3 business days via our fulfillment partner's carrier network (USPS, UPS, or Amazon Logistics — the carrier is selected automatically based on destination). Delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, and APO/FPO addresses may take up to 7 business days. We don't offer expedited or overnight shipping at this time. If you need something faster, email contact@getyuve.com and we'll see what we can do.

Subscriptions

Subscribe & Save orders ship automatically on the cycle you chose. You'll get an email preview 3 days before each shipment so you have time to skip, swap, reschedule, or cancel from your account.

Tracking your order

Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking link from the carrier. If it's been more than 2 business days since you received the order confirmation and you haven't seen a shipping email, check your spam folder first — if it's not there, email us and we'll track it down.

If something goes wrong

Delayed packages. Carriers occasionally run late, especially around holidays or during bad weather. If tracking hasn't updated in more than 5 business days, email us and we'll investigate.

Lost packages. If tracking shows "delivered" but nothing arrived, check with neighbors and your building's front desk or mail room first. If it's still missing 48 hours after the delivery scan, email us — we'll file a carrier claim and either reship or refund, your call.

Damaged packages. Broken seal, crushed box, leaking capsules? Take a photo and email it to us within 7 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement at no cost.

Every Yuve order comes with a 60-day guarantee — if a product doesn't work for you, we'll make it right. See our Returns policy for details.
